Are there any requirements to apply?
No prior experience is required! We offer comprehensive training to help you succeed. All you need is passion, subject expertise, and the willingness to inspire others.
What happes after i submit an application?
Once you submit your application, we’ll contact you within a week. If approved, you’ll be scheduled for a brief interview. You will get a respond from us either way.
Where does the tutoring take place?
Once you’ve passed the interview process, you’ll gain access to your dashboard. From there, all lessons are conducted online, with full access to our platform’s features. In-person lesson may be arranged if the student and coach agree.
How do I get paid?
You’re paid for the hours or sessions completed, visible on your dashboard. Payments for the current month are made the following month, around the 25th, in line with Swedish standards
How much do I get in Salary?
Your earnings at Zlearna depend on the hours you work, the complexity of your role, and your experience with us. Our pay ranges from 115 to above 200 SEK per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and recognition awards
How old should I be to apply?
Our services cater to all ages, from primary to high school, but Zlearna goes beyond traditional schooling with adaptable solutions tailored to the new generation’s needs and goals.
Do I get to choose the subjects I coach?
Yes! You can focus on subjects you’re confident in and passionate about.
Should I have top grades to get approved?
While strong subject knowledge is important, top grades aren’t a requirement. We value your ability to connect with students, your passion for teaching, and your dedication to helping others succeed.
